Estate Planning

Every adult in Texas should have a will. While, unlike many states, Texas probate is not something to be avoided, passing without a will can be burdensome on your family and expensive. A will allows for you to control the disposition of your estate, name guardians for your minor children, set up trusts for young or incapable beneficiaries and lower estate taxes. Part of an estate planning package will include durable and medical powers of attorney and directives to physicians.
The process starts with a step-by-step questionnaire. We meet to discuss your wishes, review the prepared documents and then sign with the formalities required under Texas law. Peace of mind.
I also probate wills of your deceased and can walk you through the responsibilities of being an Executor.
